The Salem Veterans Affairs Medical Center is using music to help local veterans cope after time in the service ends. The program is called “Guitars for Vets”, and for the past two years, the Salem VA has been a part of it. A music therapist at the VA says the impact the program can have on the vets is significant, as WFIR’s Starr Anderson reports.
