RICHMOND, Va. (AP) _ Virginia’s technology agency is sponsoring a poster contest to promote Internet safety among young people. The Kids Safe Online poster contest is open students in kindergarten through 12th grade from any public school, private school or youth group in Virginia. The deadline for entry is Jan. 8. Winning posters from elementary, middle and high school grade categories will be featured on the Virginia Information Technology Agency website. The three winning posters will be entered in a national contest.
