ROANOKE, Va. – The Jefferson Center has officially rolled out its new season lineup, promising a diverse schedule that includes bluegrass legend Ricky Skaggs, Americana star Molly Tuttle, and the long-awaited Roanoke debut of the Squirrel Nut Zippers.
Programming Director Jamie Cheatwood said the upcoming season features artists the venue has worked for years to bring to its stage, spanning genres from jazz and R&B to classical and theatrical performances.
“We work hard each year to build a season with something for everyone,” Cheatwood said, noting that the lineup includes major names and that there are still more shows to be revealed. “…we haven’t even announced yet.”

How to Get Tickets
An early ticket sale period begins Monday, July 15, for Jefferson Center donors of $100 or more and for current subscribers. Cheatwood noted that these supporters get early access as a perk for their critical role in sustaining the venue.
“They’re the ones that have been keeping us going,” he said.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, July 29.
Tickets can be purchased online through the Jefferson Center Box Office. The box office, located at 541 Luck Avenue, is also open for in-person or phone purchases at 540-345-2550 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays.
