The Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center has grown into a regional center which helps wildlife recuperate and get in many cases get back to their natural habitat. With more patients comes the need for more funding. As WFIR’s Denise Allen Membreno reports for the second year the center is participating in SML Gives.
The Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center is getting ready for spring and the onslaught of patients the change of seasons brings. For the second year it’s also participating in SML Gives to raise money to help meet the demand. WFIR’s Denise Allen Membreno has more.
