Rochelle “Taylor” Bailey
Roanoke City Police say they have located a 12-year-old girl who had been missing for much of this week. Rochelle “Taylor” Bailey had last been seen Monday night. Police say they are still investigating the circumstances.

PREVIOUS: 12-year-old Rochelle “Taylor” Bailey was last seen at around 9 p.m. Monday night at her home in NE. We don’t have any reason to believe she is in danger at this time. Please call 911 if you see her or know her location.
