The City of Roanoke is one of the first among local governments in the U.S. to add the Chevrolet Caprice to its fleet. The city bought two of the vehicles for about $25,000 each. The cars are being used by the Roanoke Police Department as patrol cars. WFIR’s Timothy Martin has more on this story.
