Roanoke County police say they’ve located the man who drove off with a car from the Bonsack Walmart after the car’s owner accidentally dropped his keys in the parking lot. It happened October 3rd. Police now say they got tips from people who recognized the suspect from a surveillance photo. U.S. Marshals arrested 60-year-old Jerry Spradlin. He is in jail charged with grand larceny. Police say the stolen car, a 2011 Kia Forte, was located and returned to the owner. Police say Spradlin is from the Roanoke area, but does not have a permanent address.
