Roanoke Police ask anyone in the Fallon Park area who may have been the victim of a vehicle break-in two nights ago to let them know. Police say there were numerous such break-ins early Wednesday morning, and two 18-year-old men arrested in that area were in possession of some of the stolen items.

The Roanoke Police Department announces a pair of arrests in relation to numerous thefts from vehicles during the early morning hours of Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Benjamin Memeti, age 18 of Roanoke has been charged with unlawfully entering a vehicle and petit larceny. Ibrahim Kadrolli, age 18, also of Roanoke, is charged with unlawfully entering a vehicle. Responding officers located Memeti and Kadrolli in the area in possession of property taken from some of the vehicles. More charges are pending against both suspects. Evidence shows the suspects entered numerous vehicles from the streets listed below:
1700 block of Clay
1600 block of Clinton
1500 block of Gladstone
1300 block of Stewart
1300 block of Dale
1600 block of Tazewell
200 block of 17th
Officers went door-to-door in those areas earlier this week seeking more information on potential victims. Detectives strongly encourage anyone who found anything in those areas missing from their vehicle, following the early morning hours of Wednesday, August 21, 2013 to please call the Roanoke Police Department at 540-853-2400.
