Phase 3 debuts today – success depends largely on the public

For at least the next 14 days – or until the Governor cuts it short – today is the start of the state’s Phase 3 reopening plan. It comes despite an uptick in the COVID-19 infection rates locally as WFIR’s Gene Marrano reports:
