Martinsville Speedway will host the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 NASCAR Cup Series race this Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. This will be the first Cup night race in the 73-year history of the 1/2 mile track, albeit without fans present due to COVID-19 social distancing.
