67-year-old James Ralph Foringer has been charged with armed robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and brandishing a firearm. Investigators say he entered the Medicap Pharmacy on Brambleton Avenue Monday, shortly before 2:40 p.m. demanding medication at gun point. Pharmacy staff recognized the Foringer as a previous customer. About 30 minutes after the incident he was taken into custody. Medication believed to have been taken from Medicap Pharmacy was located inside Foringer’s car.
