The developer and city official cut the ribbon yesterday on the newly renovated Junior Lofts. The building, once the home to the Junior Lunch Diner sat vacant for many years. Now its home to 14 one-bedroom loft apartments and one retail space. WFIR’s Denise Allen Membreno has more.
