The City of Roanoke has announced its holiday schedule for Christmas week. City offices will be closed on Tuesday, Dec. 24, and Wednesday, Dec. 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday.
Solid Waste Collection Adjustments
Solid Waste collection services, including trash, bulk, brush, and B-week recycling, will operate on an adjusted schedule:
- Monday routes – Collected as usual.
- Tuesday routes – Collected as usual.
- Wednesday routes – Collected on Thursday, Dec. 26.
- Thursday routes – Collected on Friday, Dec. 27.
