The last executive director of the now-defunct Arts Council of the Blue Ridge has found a new home in Blacksburg. Rhonda Morgan is executive director for the Blacksburg Museum and Cultural Foundation,which cut a ribbon this morning. WFIR’s Gene Marrano explains:
