At 25, Phazhon Nash is the youngest person ever elected to Roanoke City Council. He joined the Roanoke Valley’s Morning News in the studio this morning. Affordable Housing, code enforcement and gun violence were some of the issues addressed. Nash has been appointed council liaison to the Gun Violence Prevention Commission.
