CDC issues guidelines but local school boards will make call on masks

The CDC has released revised back-to-school guidelines for K through 12 grade students, on who should still wear a mask this Fall. But on the local level, the Federal Agency doesn’t have the final say, as WFIR’s Gene Marrano reports:
