Salem police have made another arrest related to the armed robbery at an IHOP restaurant last Friday night. Roshand Williams (pictured left) has now been charged with robbery, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and two other counts. Shaqueena Chambers had been arrested earlier that day. Both are 32 and from Roanoke City – and are being held at the Roanoke County/Salem Jail without bond.
