Former Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Agee has pleaded “no contest” to the shooting death of his ex-wife in a gas station parking lot on Memorial Day 2011. Agee faces up to life in prison when he is sentenced. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
