The ACLU of Virginia says it will file a federal lawsuit challenging the state’s ban on gay marriage. It comes on the heels of the U.S. Supreme Court decision striking down a key provision of the federal same-sex marriage ban. Supporters of traditional marriage laws say the ACLU is attempting to subvert the people’s will by judicial fiat. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
