Would new bike lanes wrongly take parking spaces in front of Lynchburg homes?

Supporters say it’s part of a larger plan for more bicycle and pedestrian-friendly streets. City officials will present plans and answer questions at a public workshop this afternoon from 4:30 to 6:00 at the Aviary at Miller Park. More from WLNI/WFIR’s Evan Jones.
