Church Avenue, between Williamson Road and Jefferson Street, will be closed to through traffic from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM today due to the Market Garage/Hotel renovations. The Market Garage will only be accessible from Jefferson Street. Garage patrons will be able to exit using Luck Avenue towards Jefferson Street. All other parking garages and parking lots will remain accessible.
