A body was found yesterday near the entrance ramp to Interstate 81 South at Exit 137 in Roanoke County. It was found in a wooded area by a Virginia Department of Transportation contractor cutting grass. At this time, authorities don’t know if the body is male or female because of decomposition. The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations is working on the investigation.
