Public Enemy front man Flavor Flav used a recent Tik Tok video to pay respects to 54-year-old James Lavender who was pronounced dead following an incident at Smith Mountain Lake last month. Flavor Flav said he was touched that Lavender was representing him in the Roanoke community.
Lavender’s friends said he would light up a room and was always full of life.
