Heatstroke in cars is the leading cause of non-crash, vehicle related deaths for children under the age of 14. In hopes of reducing the number, “Where’s Baby, Look Before You Lock” is a new campaign established by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. WFIR’s Steve Mabry has more.
