Rick Arrington
Another candidate has entered the race to be Franklin County sheriff. Independent Rick Arrington joined the race yesterday on the steps of the Franklin County Courthouse. Bill Overton is also running as an independent. Sheriff Ewell Hunt won the repulication nomination last weekend. Election Day is November 8th. News/Talk 960’s Timothy Martin reports.
