The developers of The Bridges complex on South Jefferson Street cut the ribbon this morning on a new restaurant – Moe’s Southwest Grill – and broke ground on a 127-unit apartment building. The first 157-unit “South 16” apartment building is at 98-percent capacity says Ewert. The new apartment building will be completed by the fall of 2017. Project manager Aaron Ewert says there is still high demand for apartments on South Jefferson – especially with the “Innovation District” planned right across the street:
