Total Action for Progress or TAP had originally planned to hold its Black History Month celebration tomorrow but has rescheduled the event at St. John’s Episcopal Church for February 20th because of the weather forecast. As WFIR’s Denise Allen Membreno reports the event celebrates by honoring two long time institutions and a new project that came to fruition last year.
Winter weather in the forecast for tomorrow has prompted TAP or Total Action for Progress, to reschedule its Black History event at St. Johns Episcopal Church to February 20th. As WFIR’s Denise Allen Membreno tells us, TAP is celebrating 60 years of helping the community.
