Libertarian Will Hammer says the state board of elections has confirmed him as a candidate for the 6th Congressional District. Hammer says his name will be on the ballot in November against Roanoke County Republican Congressman Bob Goodlatte. Hammer is a life-long Staunton resident. He studied economics at Hampden-Sydney College and founded a libertarian organization at the school.
