Monday’s fatal accident in Franklin County is one of many this month involving teenagers in Virginia, with a big resulting increase in teen traffic deaths. So far this month, 11 teenagers have been killed in traffic crashes — compared to just three last year in January. The story from WFIR’s Bob Clark.
