Former EC Glass assistant football coach Jamar Lovelace has moved over from Lynchburg to Roanoke to take the head coaching job with the winless (in 2017) William Fleming High School Colonels. Meanwhile at the other end of spectrum the Salem High School Spartans are 3-time defending Class 4 state champs.
