Roanoke County Public Schools celebrated another milestone as part of a 130 million dollar investment that includes a new career and technical center under construction just off Peters Creek Road, and two elementary school renovations. At Glen Cove Elementary School this morning the brand new administrative wing was unveiled. (Classes start tomorrow.)
Still ongoing are classroom upgrades – adding walls. Similar renovations are completed at W.E. Cundiff in Vinton, the career and technical center is still at least a year and a half away. Brent Hudson is Vice-Chair of the County school board:
