Election officials in many localities hope the use of paper ballots in yesterday’s primary will be a one-time affair. It follows a state decision in April that barred further use of machines many cities and counties had used for years. That was too little time for many localities to have new machines in place for the primary. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
