Without much fanfare or advance notice, Governor Ralph Northam is scheduled to appear at Elmwood Park today at 5:30 in a campaign appearance for the Democratic ticket in Roanoke that he has endorsed: Mayor Sherman Lea, and City Council candidates Trish White-Boyd, Robert Jeffrey, Jr. and Peter Volosin.
