The Virginia Lottery’s New Year’s Millionaire Raffle is back with a few changes this year. Tickets are on sale now for $20. Virginia Lottery spokesman John Hagerty says this year, they’re selling 440,000 tickets instead of the usual 330,000. WFIR’s Timothy Martin has more on the raffle.
