Shirley Hodges
A missing Franklin County woman has been found dead in Alabama. 64-year-old Shirley Hodges disappeared from Rocky Mount back on August 31st. A few days later, police in Texas found Hodges’ live-in boyfriend at a hotel dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Her car was parked outside of the hotel. Police say a hunter found Hodges’ remains on October 3rd in Cherokee County, Alabama. DNA tests recently confirmed the identity. No word on how Hodges died.
