Still no proposals, but interest seems to be on the uptick as Roanoke tries to sell the 5.3 acre property across from Valley View Mall. Rob Ledger, manager of economic development for Roanoke says the city has had interest from a number of parties on the property. He wouldn’t elaborate on potential developers. Ledger says he’s confident something will get done.
