The Partnership for Progress is a joint initiative between the Towns of Blacksburg and Christiansburg, Montgomery County, the New River Valley Regional Commission, and Virginia Tech. As WFIR’s Denise Allen Membreno reports the year long project has set a goal of creating a roadmap to improve the quality of life in the NRV.
