The first Star City Arts Festival on August 24th at Elmwood Park will include performances by Southwest Virginia Ballet, Roanoke Ballet Theatre, Mill Mountian Theatre, the Jefferson Music lab and many others – and the Roanoke Symphony orchestra’s annual concert under the Stars.
