The month-long fall waterways clean up launches tomorrow. It’s a part of a statewide effort, Clean Virginia Waterways Cleanup sponsored by the Ocean Conservancy. Locally the Clean Valley Council is spearheading the effort. WFIR’s Denise Allen Membreno has more.
