The Envision Center cut the ribbon in Northwest Roanoke this morning. The resource hub is open to anyone in the community. Community partners at the Envision Center also include Carilion Clinic, the Harvest Collective, Virginia Cooperative Extension Service, and Family Service of Roanoke Valley.
