If you have any out-of-state driving in your upcoming holiday plans, some nearby states have significantly lower average gas prices — but for some others, it’s just the opposite. It comes as gas prices may be easing a bit in Virginia and elsewhere, but they still are about 50% higher than last year at this time. More from WFIR’s Evan Jones:
