Democrats in the 9th Congressional District hope to regain the seat that Republican Morgan Griffith captured two years ago, and at least three candidates have already made their intentions known. But University of Virginia political analysts say national Democrats do not see big chances of victory.  UVA Center for Politics Analyst Geoff Skelley says Democrat party strategists don’t hold much hope for the Fighting 9th.
