Roanoke Valley localities will join forces on September 11th to remember the lives lost 10 years ago. A joint ceremony involving Roanoke, Roanoke County, Salem and the Town of Vinton will take place in the market area of downtown Roanoke beginning at 4 p.m. WFIR’s Timothy Martin reports.
