Family Service of Roanoke Valley has announced a program that will provide interpreters and services for the victims of sexual assault, domestic violence and other crimes – where English is not their first language. A 2-year Department of Justice grant will help fund the program. Partners include the Turning Point Shelter,TAP’s Domestic Violence Services and the City of Roanoke.
