(Updated) Roanoke County Police have now arrested a suspect after he was identified through the assistance of local citizens. Raphael C. Sierra, 20, of Roanoke was taken into custoday at traffic stop on the suspect around 3 this afternoon on Thirlane Rd, charged in an armed robbery that occurred at 9:48 this morning in the 3700 block of Challenger Avenue.
