It’s Super Tuesday, and voters in 10 states, including Virginia, are weighing in on who will make up both the Republican and Democratic presidential tickets. The General Assembly is considering a proposal that would add a sex offender’s work address — or the name of any college or community college he is attending — to the offender’s on-line registry.
