From Roanoke County: Currently the right northbound lane of Franklin Rd is closed. This due to a down power line at the intersection of Franklin Rd and Willow Branch Rd from an earlier accident. There will be sporadic closure of all four lanes of Franklin Rd while AEP is correcting the issue. There is currently no estimated time of repair as AEP is having to replace a power pole as well. An update will be sent once repairs are completed and the roadway is clear.
