On July 8, a victim reported fraudulent charges on their credit card to the Roanoke County Police Department. During the investigation several more victims in the Roanoke Valley were identified. Two suspects were eventually identified, and yesterday investigators executed a search warrant at their home. Several credit card manufacturing devices and fraudulently obtained prepaid credit cards with a value of more than $9,000 were seized from the residence. 26-year-old Sheendalie Joseph and 35-year-old Eddie Hyacinthe are each charged with three felony counts identify theft. Additional charges are pending.
