A veteran bartender now working at Billy’s in downtown Roanoke lent her expertise on Virginia regulations to a new book, “The Field Guide to Drinking in America” … Ashley Vinci will be there from 6 to 8 tonight as Billy’s holds a book launch party … Vinci says knowing Virginia drinking regulations is about much more than “carding” someone … good bartenders know all of the ABC rules about serving alcohol.
