Virginia researchers are keeping a close eye on a bald eagle nest in Richmond, where two chicks are expected hatch within days — and a webcam at the nest is proving to have a world-wide following. It is part of a joint research project between Virginia Commonwealth University and The College William and Mary. WFIR’s Evan Jones has the story.
